This poetry is a reflection of my journey over the past few years—an attempt to put into words the experiences, struggles, and growth I’ve been through. I use descriptive imagery to help paint a picture of how I felt at each moment, whether it was joy, sadness, uncertainty, or hope. My goal is to let you into my world, so you can truly feel what I’ve felt, and understand the twists and turns that have shaped who I am today. It’s more than just words on paper; it’s a piece of my heart, laid bare for you to see and connect with.

Born and raised in Victoria, the West Coast has profoundly shaped my creativity and artistic journey. From my early years of drawing to my approach to playing music and my newfound love of writing, the natural beauty and relaxed lifestyle of the island have inspired a diverse and creative path.
Growing up in a hardworking family had a significant impact on me. Watching my creative family members find joy in their pursuits ignited my own passion for creativity at a young age, shaping who I am today as an artist and writer.
